I've left it running on a 6 hour flight before. Simply set the apu switch to off then start it again and it will work. Also I've noticed that if you change fuel amount while the apu is running it will cut off. I'm pretty sure the fuel it uses is from the left and right tanks. if there's not enough air the engines wont start. Also make sure that the needle is around 40. Then just create the folder in the appdata folder and copy the gsx.cfg folder from one a paste it into it's own folder. The 4d will have an extra entry but it too is shared among the other 4d. Luckily all of the 757s share the door placement and door codes. but the ones that are not will have to have it's own file. Every single aircraft has to have it's own gsx.cfg. You can create the folders in the appdata gsx folder. They're probably stored elsewhere or are embedded in the actual program. Keep in mind that internal gsx aircraft data are not kept in the appdata folder. You can override it by making your own or placing a gsx.cfg file in the correct folder. The second one was made by fsdt and they could have made a mistake. that one won't have the door codes or proper alignment.
